So, I'm a longtime U.S. user of Tune-Up Utilities. I moved from Virginia to Morocco (on Department of Defense orders) in June of this year. I am trying to pre-purchase the new AVG Tune-Up utilities. However, the ordering software (sadly) doesn't understand a Defense Post Office / Army Post Office (DPO/APO) address. Additionally, it asks for my billing address which, per my credit cards and PayPal is, in fact, my DPO address. The software also rejected my actual Moroccan domicile address. Finally, you have no international number noted that I might call; so I'm now typing here. Questions follow:
1.Given the above, exactly how do I purchase this product? (and give you some money?)
2. Why isn't your dinosaur software coded to accomodate U.S. military stationed abroad?
3. Considering your company is based in The Netherlands, why are you so "unfriendly" to foreign addresses of any kind?
4. Why was I able to purchase AVG Driver Updater recently without any of the above issues?
5. Why, in the 21st century, am I having this discussion with an ostensibly COMPUTER SOFTWARE COMPANY?
