No more e-mail reception

We are aware of this issue and a workaround is available in place.
An email has been sent with steps on how to get this fixed.
If the email is not found in inbox do check in spam and junk folders.

Hello, since 5 weeks AVG Inernet Security is blocking the reception of all e-mails. I am using Outlook 2010 and Thunderbird under Windows 7 Pro. Sending of e-mails is possible. When de-activating the e-mail protection I can receive the messages. But this is not my intention for the next years. What can I do?
