No notice about renewal

Hi Patricia,

I understand your disappoinment over auto renewal notification. Checking your account, I could see that you have active subscrition for AVG TuneUp Unlimited and requested for refund already. The poroduct was purchased directly on Sep 3, 2019. It is actually not an auto renewed subscription. This is why you haven't received any email notice prior. However, once you placed the order, order confirmation email was sent to your registered email address on the same day.

I also have an issue with AVG and automatic renewal. I received no email to say that the money was due to be paid. I had cancelled the subscription but they deny this. It is a scam like most auto renewal plans are. Take the money and sod the customer.

This has nothing to do with Tuneup but anti virus, please check your facts.
