Hi, I've just upgraded from AVG Pro to AVG Ultimate. I have downloaded as instructed but there is no '+' as instructed for any other device. I want to update my phone, add my husbands and delete an old phone that it is showing. Any ideas why I can't see this '+'? If I go into settings and devices it shows my pc option, but also shows a laptop picture - I don't have a laptop.

Brilliant thanks. I wasn't logged in!!! Because it said connected thought I was. Been using AVG a few years now and its great thanks.
