Outlook (Hotmail) and AVG are running for years without issues. since about 3 weeks only a few e-mails can be sent; most bounce. after shutting down AVG this problem is gone. after re-activating AVG the problem returns.
also since about 3 weeks the newest version of NordVPN will not run if AVG is active. had no such problem for the last two years (all the time i use NordVPN).
what is going on?

Let's check which component of AVG is causing this issue. It could possibly be the e-mail shield component of AVG blocking you from Outlook and Fake website shield might block you from accessing Nord VPN.
Please disable each component of AVG and check if that fixes the issue (Open AVG Internet Security > Menu > Settings > Components > click on toggle bar of each components to disable)
