No outgoing mails when VPN is on

Hello,
I am testing AVG VPN but when this is on, I can not send mails.
I get the following error: server error: 421
Reaction of server: 421 cannot connect to STP server 195.238.20.27 (195.238.20.27:25) connect error 10060.
