No password E-Mail

Hi,

I have AVG Internet. I forgot my password so filled in the form for a password reset. I received no E-Mail. I filled in the form again. I received no E-Mail. Tried to access support. Can't because no password. Created another AVG account. Filled in a support form. Clciked a button saying 'Chat'. Window is at this moment just sitting there with a sort of wheel going round; it has been doing this for 15 or more minutes. So no joy there either. So I am trying this. AVG has no E-Mail address for support and no phone number (I am in the UK). Any suggestions?
