We request you to enter the activation code in alphanumberic characters (Capital letters) along with hyphens.
Please confirm whether you have any other antivirus products installed on your computer.
Also please check for any other firewall and it is present, disable it temporarily.

I payed for a subscription but on my account i dont see any plan or something. And i cant download AVG because the installer says i need internet. errorcoce : 0xe0060007
