A charge of GBP 44.99 was debited for AVG TuneUp Unlimited subscription as auto-renewal service was enabled for its trial order. We do not process any unauthorized charges without intimating our customers. We sent a pre-billing notification prior 10 days of trial expiry.

Hi there i have not given permision on for a renual of a Subscription and i donot wish to have a yearly subscription.
