As the renewal order in your account has already surpassed the refund policy's timeframe, we're not in a position to process refund at this time.
We also see that the automatic renewal is already disabled. Hence, the license will not be renewed further & will expire on 2020.7.20.

Why does AVG use scam tactics to keep your money when the product is unused and a refund is requested for the balance of unused year which is about 50 weeks for me? They charged me $39 the first year and then charged me $79 the second year. NO REFUND WHEN I CANCELLED A COUPLE WEEKS AFTER THE 30 DAY PERIOD OF AUTOMATICALLY CHARGING MY CARD, THIS IS NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY!!!
