No Promised Reminder And A Charge

I was told I would receive reminder notification for AVG Tune Up before any charges were made. I received NO reminder notification and got slammed with a 95 dollar charge I can't cover. I spoke to my bank rep and they agree that failure to send the promised reminder notification is a breach of contract and therefore the charge is UNAUTHORISED. Paypal refused to help me. Supplied email to DigitalRiver gives an autoreply and so does email for AVG. Bank rep referred me to bank's fraud department. That will be my next step, but first I am hoping that someone at AVG will see this and remedy the situation.
