There is no place to source Products on this page - only Order History - Profile - Support

Hello Marie. In this case I will escalate this issue to our sales team and they will reply back to you via email.

In spite of the fact that the rep I chatted to this afternoon confirms that there is a record of a £30 renewal fee of a subscription to July 2016, there is apparently no record of this when I log in to the AVG site.  I have also received emails from AVG in May requesting this renewal.

How come ?
