No record of order in the system

Unable to download the AVG Protection software after purchase. I followed the directions to go to avg.com/retail and enter activation code. After the activation code was confirmed the website prompted me to create an account in order to download the software. Once I created an account the account does not show any record of subscription. Tried re-entering the activation code and now it is no longer valid
