No refund in my account?

Hi all!

Does anyone know how to contact support?
They owe me a refund which they said should be in my account but it hasn’t shown up?!!! and I had to jump through hoops just to get that! (Don’t ask me how I ended up on a live chat with them? it was by accident after at least an hour of trying to find a contact number)
UK number does not work!
AVG is an absolute scam in my opinion!
How are these big companies allowed to keep getting away with this kind of behaviour? isn’t there somewhere to make a complaint?

Contact UK Trading Standards Authority.

I have the same issue, it has been over the elapsed 7 working days since issuing a refund. I have been trying to get in contact for the last 6 months and only have received a response after leaving a TrustPilot review.

I was also told there is no way a faster payment can be made. Impossible to believe for a company this size!
