No replies to my many emails requesting help to block "Bitcoin" sale emails

as per my second line above!!!. I would be forever adding names. I have put bitcoin in firewall and anti-spam all to no avail!!!.I have used a multitude of headings, names, wordings etc but I still get
these emails. I block a sender, then get emails from new senders, that's what I meant by multiple
senders!!!. If you can not come up with a better solution than "keep adding to, etc"
then just admit it and say so and don't pass the problem back to me.
Thank you for finally answering my query which is one more  than  microsoft has.

Hello Glen,
I understand the inconvenience caused. I'm sorry but I could not see any previous contact, however  let's work together to fix this issue.
In this case, I request you to add the email addresses (from where you receive "Bitcoin" sales emails) to the AVG Anti-Spam Blacklist (Open AVG Internet Security > Menu > settings > components > Anti-Spam > customize > blacklist).
Note: If you have not installed AVG Anti-Spam then please install it at first.
Best regards,
Alok.

I have been requesting assistance from AVG to block nuisance emails from a multitude of senders
promoting, advertising, selling "Bitcoin". Despite many requests I have not been given the courtesy
of any replies from AVG. Perhaps some else who have experienced the same problems could reply.
thank you

Hello Glen,
I understand the difficulties you're experiencing with this.
AVG Anti-Spam > Blacklist allows you to manage a list of senders whose emails are always treated as spam. However, if the email address is keep on changing then we do not have option to block the new email address (which is not listed in the blacklist). You can try to add all the email addresses to the Anti-Spam > Blacklist.
Best regards,
Alok.
