It is not detected as infection but PUP2 because of - Unattended installation, no option to cancel installation and 4 icons created on desktop.

I'm the developer behind Citrio Browser. I've been submitting my software for a false positive re-scan 4 times in last two weeks and didn't receive a single answer. How can I get a response from AVG and remove a false positive alert from my software? I've already tried this form http://www.avg.com/submit-sample but with no results.
