Thx for any help - I am somewhat challenged with fixing computers but my Toshiba laptop running Windows 7 is crashing constantly- so I decided to do a virus check-
Hadn't actually used it since the install a while back- due to illnessWhat I see is a large black box s labeled AVG Link Scanner - and has absolutely zero buttons to click to do any scanning so I cannot check for a virus!
Both Explorer and Firefox is freezing and a few time got a blue screen - then the black screen saying to check the cable[??] What cable?
Do I have the wrong AVG product --if so what should the scanner look like? If no reply here I plan to uninstall what I have and see if I can find the actual scanner to download
Will hopefully come here tomorrow [in between freezing and crashin and hope I can find my message with some advice…
