No shutdown after scan. both shutdown options are checked

Hi Dick,

We're sorry to know that. This isn't the usual behavior of AVG.
Please let us know if you receive any message after scan completion. If so, share us the screenshot of it for better clarity. Also, let us know if you've used any AVG uninstaller to perform a clean installation or was it through control panel.

Afte scan pc shouls (and used to) shutdown. Both shutdown options are checked. This problem started a few weeks ago. I have removed and reinstall AVG but the problem continues.
