Thank you for reaching us here. Do you think AVG is interfering with the internet connection? If you do, let us know how did you narrow down this to AVG. If you are not sure, disable AVG Internet Security temporarily and verify the issue. Click this link for steps to disable AVG protection.

NO/ SLOW internet in my PC through Mobile(by Wifi to PC), both having AVG on it.

        I connect my PC to internet through my:–
              1) MOBILE Phone (by WiFi sharing internet to PC with USB- Tethering)       —OR—
              2) DataCard (USB connected, using 4G -Cellular Data).
    
    The internet connection works fine for few days and abruptly cuts OFF.
        I happen to use AVG Ultimate recently because of the same internet connection problem. There were also other problems which is set right.
So, please help me to have problem free internet conection to my computer before it goes off. Thank you.

Thanks for quick response. I do not want to disable AVG. I have got internet connection problems even before AVG Ultimate was installed. Everything runs fine only for few days and abruptly connection gets lost. Even now the CPU & RAM is mostly near 100% of -USAGE.

Afterwards (few days) there won't be any internet, as previously hapened. Even other operation like playing a media file, opening any other app/ program would consume a lot of time. 
AVG has a lot of features to PC etc. . It is very good. But my internet connection problem seem to cut off shortly. So, please do the maximum (like remote connection) with my AVG Ultimate installed in my PC by WiFi from Mobile using cellilar data (USB - tethering). Thanks.
