No sound on Facebook videos

I am sorry to hear this. Have you made any changes using AVG PC TuneUp before you faced issues with audio in Facebook? Also, let us know whether you use Facebook in web browser or as an application on your PC. If you are using Facebook in web browser, please try to use any other browser and check if it works.

AVG removed some malware on my computer yesterday and it is running much faster.  However, I still am not getting any audio when I play videos on Facebook.  I don't know whether they adjusted some of my settings that affect Windows Edge and Adobe Flash or if there is something else needed. How do I correct this? The sound worked fine up until yesterday.
