No sound playing Rumble videos

In order to narrow down the issue, we need to troubleshoot and find the feature which blocking the sound. 
Please disable the Ad-blocker on the AVG Secure Browser and check whether it fix the issue.
To disable it, Open the AVG Secure Browser > On the top right, click on the AB symbol and then select the allow Ads on this site or select the Pause.

In the last few days, I have lost sound playing Rumble videos.  I contacted Rumble and the techs there said it should be fixed with the latest AVG update.  Hmm, I see no link on AVG for an update.  Do they happen in the background?

We have asked you to disable web shield in AVG Internet Security/AVG AntiVirus just to make sure that this helps to fix the issue.
As one of the troubleshooting steps, we have asked you to try doing this.

We were referring to the 'Web Shield' component of your AVG Antivirus Free program.
Are you saying that you're not using AVG Antivirus Free on your computer?
