No speed on Los Angeles server

Thank you for contacting AVG Community Support.
 I request you repair the AVG Secure VPN and check to connect with the VPN server :
1. Press Win + R to launch the Run command dialog box.
2. Type "appwiz.cpl" and click OK to open the Programs and Features tool.
3. Select the AVG Secure VPN and click Uninstall.
Then Select Repair in the AVG Secure VPN uninstallation window.
Then connect with the VPN server, if it is not connected I suggest you restart the device to fix the issue.

I was frequently using Los Angeles server. But I'm not getting any speed on that server for 4-5 days now. Will AVG fix that.

We are sorry to know that. In this case, we can modify the VPN protocol then check if the issue persists.

  • Please Open AVG Secure VPN ☰ Menu ▸ Settings ▸ VPN protocols. Select Mimic: AVG Secure VPN always connects using the Mimic protocol. This is useful in countries with restrictions on VPN use, where OpenVPN may be blocked.

I've tried this. No improvement on Los Angelese server. Other servers are fine as usual. Windows 10.
