No subsciptions in myaccount, no licence details, unable to install avg onto other computers, no hel

Hello.

I cannot provide the License key as AVG does not show the full license key, it misses the last 4 spaces in the string. Hence one of the many reasons why I can't install the product onto other computers, I need the complete license key string.

How do you get the complete license key from AVG?

We supposedly have a 5 user license with AVG internet security. We currently only have two users active at the moment, we are unable to install AVG onto any other machines.

When I log into my subscription, it says I have no product subscriptions or purchase history.
I cannot install avg onto other computers as the licence number is incomplete when you copy to clipboard from "license and support".
I've tried contacting support with no response.

How are we able to solve any of the above issues so that we can install the AVG product that we have paid for?
