Avg has been active and paid for on my computer, however the computer recently had to be replaced, now when I installed AVG on my new system, It is only the free version because I cannot find my subscription info or any activation information on your site… I have been an AVG user for years. why can I not find this information re activate this new copy ? I am supposed to be able to use it on 10 machines and now it will not active on 1 ! This is quite frustrating. We just recently moved and everything is still not a new location. I hope you can help
