No subscription?

Upon reviving your account using your email address, I confirm that you have our AVG Legacy products as your active subscription, please click on the products tab on your AVG My Account where you could find your products.

My old subscripiton was about to expire but i had trouble renewing because under "my subscriptions" it said I had none.  I finally renewed through a pop-up but when i went to look at my account, it still says I have no subcriptions. I paid, and I can use the program… am I missing something?
