I see that the order id you provided is a Google play purchase and the AVG programs purchased via Google play will not be visible in AVG My Account. It can be viewed only in Google play profile. I also see that the order id you provided belongs to AVG Subscription that was unpaid so that payment has not got processed.
To get more information regarding the order, please contact AVG Mobile support team using this link ( http://avgclick.me/AVGtechnical ) and fill out your details, select as Android then the name of AVG Program that you have installed in your mobile, in description please explain your issue and finally click on Email option. The AVG mobile support team will reply back to you via email with a resolution.

I am happy for used of AVG products. I have subscribed another AVG product at last year. So I have subscription AVG Antivirus pro for android by Samsung Galaxy subscribe in 7 Jun 2017. I research my profile AVG , But it isn't subscription in there. Order now 2017060715G50177995
