No subscriptions on my account

Bought Tuneup unlimited. Filled in the code, my email address, conformed it. Got emails from AVG. Activated the program. Now: No subscriptions on my account. What can I do?

I apologize for the inconvenience. Please provide the screenshot  http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-create-a-screenshot of your MySubscription page with the registered email address displays on the top. I will check and escalate the case to the concern to fix the issue.
