No subscriptions showing in my account

This issue does not impact the functionality of your previously installed products, nor does it affect the installation or activation processes of newly purchased AVG products.

I purchased in January avg ultimate
and it is now not showing up in subscriptions section
why is it not showing up as it was the day I purchased it
I now have a new laptop and need to install avg ultimate on the laptop
but I cant as this has happened
help would be nice as my laptop is unprotected and needs to be protected
