No subscriptions

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, unfortunately, upon checking your account, we see that you have no active subscriptions under the present email address. Could you please confirm once if you're using a Paid/Free product? Also, please attach us the screenshot http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot of the error that you get which tells you to download the program again.

I currently am scanning my computer but when I log in, it doesn't recognize that and wants me to download the program again

Kathy, For your info, just in case that you are unaware, you can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
