I have a paid up full protection with AVG till July 2018 ,about 3 months ago when I logged into AVG it came up that I have no subscriptions and will not accept my log in details and it showed that I had a trial version that would run out in a few days I rang the supposedly free number and got a foreign man who said he could fix the problem but I would have to buy some other versions of AVG up to $280 Aust I said I just want my AVG that I paid for till 2018 but he kept on and on about buying these other versions in the end I said I am hanging up and he said have a good day , nothing has changed and now this trial version runs out to-day then I don,t have cover ,but what happens to the next 5 months that I paid for??
