At last now in January 2017 I have succeeded in installing the product I paid for in september/october 2016 using your tip above! So 3 months of NO USE of my money!
I sincerely ask for a change of my billing period from october 2017 to december 2017.

In October 2016 I tried several times to renew my license of AVG Internet Security 1 computer (1 year) following the instructions in the invoice-mail. When trying to fill in the new key the message sait it was not valid. I checked my account and saw the code was correct. So to stay protected I deleted my licenced copy of AVG and installed the AVG Free one. Now I took some time again to solve the problem but I get an answer saying that I have a conflicting AVG installed and I get no further. PLEASE HELP ME OR I WILL STAY ON THE FREE VERSION!
