No transfer of Internet security and tuneup programs

Upon checking your account, we see that you've active subscriptions of AVG Internet Security & TuneUp.
From your description, we're uncertain about the exact AVG program that is installed on your new computer. Would you be so kind to clarify it for us?
You can also share us the screenshot of the programs list installed on your computer (Go to control panel - Apps & Features)

I had my data transferred from my old tower with windows 7 to a new tower with Windows 10 . The virus program transferred but not security or the tune-up program
