No video output for Skype Tango

In order to analyze it please provide us with diagnostic output (run it after inducing described behavior) using this tool and please add detailed description of issue.

I am experiencing the same difficulty. My video does not work on my end for Skype and Tango. If I disable web browsing protection am I exposing myself to viruses? I don't want to pay for protection that I have to turn off. Seems like a glitch that needs to be fixed PRONTO!
