No VPN Tile on Management Console

I understand that you are unable to see AVG Secure VPN tab from AVG dashboard. Please provide me the screenshot http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot of the AVG dashboard, we will check the same and assist you further.

It has been about 12 hours since I paid for VPN protection. Where do I find the tile? It is not on the console.

Thank you for providing the screenshot. It seems that you have opened only AVG Internet Security interface. Please click on "Home" button at the left hand side of AVG Internet Security to open AVG dashboard. From AVG dashboard, you can find the tile to open AVG Secure VPN.
