No way of contacting support!

My AVG VPN on my Windows 11 tablet just updated and I was not able to close it any more as menu and close button seemed to be disabled so I tried to contact support… I filled in the support form about 7 times and clicked on the Chat option only to get thrown back to the (now empty) form every time with the option that chat is not available. I tried the phone option but none of the phone numbers available were for the country I live in (Ireland). No email contact option was provided. I had contacted support via email before as far as I can remember (it was quite a while ago) but this option seems to have disappeared… I am very disappointed to have now a program with no support options at all!
