No windows-update posible when AVG Internetsecurity is on

Windows update is not posible when AVG Internet-Security is on. When AVG ist disabled then Windows-Update is posible. What is the solution?

We would like to inform you that this is not an expected behaviour of AVG. However, we would like to inform you that "Do Not Disturb Mode" is an AVG AntiVirus feature that prevents notifications from showing while you are using your apps in full screen.

In this regard, we would request you to check in "Do Not Disturb Mode" in AVG Internet Security.

There is an option in "Pause Windows Updates" it stops Windows Updates from running when your specified apps are in full screen.
Please follow the below steps to check:
1. Open AVG AntiVirus and go to Menu ▸ Settings.
2. Select Tools ▸ Do Not Disturb Mode in the left panel.
3. Please untick the option "Pause Windows Updates" and check.

If the issue still persist, please let us know and we will help you to resolve.
