Non-approved billing on my credit card

We will certainly check this for you.

We could see that your AVG Antivirus Pro for Android has been renewed automatically for $17.99.

The charge is not yet reflecting on our end, we request you to open Google Play store and click on Menu at the top right then go to manage subscriptions.

Select "AVG Antivirus Pro" from the list and click on cancel subscription.

Then check if the charge is credited back to you, if not please let us know to proceed further.

There has been a charge on my credit card which was not approved.
I have searched my account and cannot find the billing.
it states Google AVG for $17.99.  Please refund this immediately.
I will await your response.
