Non-deletable and growing file

Hello Fred,

Let's work together to figure it out.

It appears that the traces of the specific file is still present in registries which prevents you from deleting it. Please remove the left over traces from registries and check the status.

Thank you.

I have a file in my windows folder named cpepmon.mlf
I can only delete it in safe mode because it is "being used by the system" It grows by at least 10 meg a day. The first time I noticed it it was 34 gig. It returns immediately after deleting when I return to normal boot.
I think it is associated with zone alarm sandblast  and check point technology. Sandblastbackup was another growing file that I eliminated using zone alarm CLEAN uninstaller.
cpepmon.sys is a driver in c\windows\syhstem32\drivers

while I have been writing this cpepmon.mlf grew from 7 to 14 meg

HELP

Fred, deleting incorrect keys in system registry is fatal and we recommend taking an technician's help to do it. We'd also request to remove unwanted software from your PC.
