Non-delivery of paid-for protection

Hello Maureen,

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
As per our record, you have purchased the license for AVG Internet Security (1 computer) and it expires on 5th March 2018.
If you have installed the latest AVG Protection free program then you couldn't enter the license key on it to make it as paid version.
You won't be having the option to enter the license on the AVG Protection free because it has a concept called "ZEN" and it's activation is by entering the AVG my account credentials.

AVG has taken £39 from my bank account (apparently I must have signed up for annual renewal) but the 'download' symbol on the email they sent me does not work, I can see nowhere to input the code and it appears I have only AVG free loaded on my computer.

Any ideas?
