Non provision of free upgrade

Dear avg. yesterday (27th March) I sent the following message to you "I have recently renewed my AVG protection and have been debited £34.99. In your e-mail to me dated 16th January you said that I would get a free upgrade to unlimited. I think I have only got the basic free AVG Antivirus. Please let me know how to get the free upgrade. Thank you. "
 I got the following reply from AVG
"Hi Mike, we  understand your concern and upon checking your account we see that a link was provided in the email for he Free Upgrade. Could you please confirm that you clicked on the link that was provided in the email for the free upgrade?. Thank you "
I tried to reply to say that I thought I had clicked on the link but could not be 100%sure. I then got a reply that I had replied to a no reply address. and hat I would not receive a reply.

Could you please resolve this problem for me and perhaps also give me a valid e-mail address so that I can reply to you if necessary.
