Non Receipt of activation key

Recently, you have ordered AVG Internet Security - Unlimited (1 year subscription). This product doesn't require a license number for activation as it is activated using your email address and password.

On 3rd May, 2018 I process a payment for a one year AVG and my order number is 13644640772. I am still waiting for for the Antivirus up to now.

I have tried to activate the AVG Internet Security - Unlimited (1 year subscription) using my email address and password but I can't manage from the free version. Kindly help once again. if it is posible activate for me.

The problem I have is that when I open the AVG to activate, it is requesting for an activation key. no where does the AVG anti virus system ask me to activate using email and password. Additionnaly when I open I can't see the "My AVG" but can only see 'My Account' in options. so where do I find My AVG

Evaristo, thank you for providing the screenshots. 

You have installed a older version of AVG program.
I would request you to follow the steps in this article http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-troubleshoot-issues-after-upgrade-to-the-latest-AVG-antivirus-product to reinstall AVG Internet Security new version by running AVG Remover and AVG Clear tool.

If you face any difficulties, please let me know to proceed further.
