I am facing a problem for at least 10 days as stated in subject. I have emailed on 25th July and tried so many times to contact to your customer care center over no. 07428384271 ( your toll free no. 1800-22-7529 is not available), after repeated calls the person, Mr. Prince, picked my call and suggested some commands to resolve the problem, but I am sorry to say that no improvement has been achieved. On my complaints by email and on customer care, I have received tickets no. #4078 on 27-07-2015 and no. #4089 on 28-07-2015 with assurance that AVG Experts will contact me within 24 hours. I an again sorry to say that no body contacted me. It proves that "after sales service of AVG is very very poor".
Out of 5 features, 2 features,"computer" and "web" require update. Some times "Firewell" also loose its' activeness but gets active after some hours.
Above all yesterday, on 31-07-2015, I received an email from AVG as a notification for renewal my "Internet Security" automatically which is expires on September 13, 2015. What a fun is this. On one hand proper service is not being provided and on the other hand AVG is taking interest to sale its' product. This is for your information that I have already own your "Internet Security" whose detail is given below than why such renewal of the product is required.
