None of my AVG products load

Do you mean there is no response at all when you double click the AVG desktop icons? This could be an issue with AVG user interface due to the services are running.

I have suddenly found that neither of my AVG Products (Internet Security & TuneUp) will load. I have tried both the repair option & uninstall/re-install option with no joy whatsoever. I don't get any error messages so There's no point in someone asking for a screenshot.I have paid a lot of money in subscriptions for products that do not work anymore. Please can someone supply me with a solution or will I have to demand a refund?

The email has now arrived (after your last reply unsurprisingly). Having read the, How does remote support work? section, I see it says you may have to purchase a remote service instead of the possible free option. If I allow a remote connection I will definitely not be paying for it!

I decided to give uninstalling/ re-installing your products one more try. After uninstalling AVG Protection, TuneUp now works! From this I can only surmise the problem was with Protection. Therefore I would ask that you refund me the reaining part of my subscription for trhis faulty product.

I am still awaiting the email containing the link mentioned in your earlier answer. I feel the only thing to do now is to ask for a refund of my outstanding subscriptions & look for something more reliable.

There is absolutely no response at all. I have tried the using the troubleshooting steps in the link for both. On tune-up I get error code 1067 after clicking start & on anti-virus it says it's running, wont give me the options to stop it  & if I try I get access denied!
