Goodday, We paid for a Norman Security Suite PRO till 5-12-2018. Our licence form NSS PRO 3 years 5 PC's. Our Norman numbers:SCN350593. and Number 236315 NSS PRO.
Today we got the message the our computers and laptop don't have security/protection any more. How is this possible!?

If this can't be fixed, we want a pay back of € 48 for this not abled using year 2018.
