Norman Endpoint Protection - Error by installation

Hi everybody,

I have a problem installing the last Norman Endpoint Protection version on a Windows 8.1 laptop.

When I start the installation programm, the following message appears:

"This system is scheduled for a restart. Please shut down all applications and restart the system before running Norman Endpoint Protection Standalone 11.00 (64 vbit) setup again."

I started the system many times but the error remains.

Norman was already present on the system with an old version. I just uninstalled the old version and wanted to install the latest one.

Can you help with to figure out why this message is appearing?
