To get connected to Norman from this article I have to enter my e-mail adress which they claim is not correct or registered. Therefore I am unable to communicate my question to Norman. Please explain how to get in touch with someone which can give an answer to my question.

I do not get access to my license LIC30806, Customer no 585213 Teknisk Design AS. I am moving the license to another PC and should like to get information on how to do that.
