Norman Endpoint Protection license

Answer below does not help me as I get the answer that my e-mail address is not known, and therefore I am not allowed to communicate at all with Norman.

I do not get access to my license LIC30806, Customer no 585213 Teknisk Design AS. I am moving the license to another PC and should like to get information on how to do that.
