Norman Security Suite deleted

Hello Bart,

I am sorry to know that your Norman Security Suite program got deleted.
Actually the upgrade from Norman to AVG program will be done only from the automatic popup that appears from the Norman program.
Since, the program got deleted on your PC, I have to escalate to concern team to generate the subscription for AVG.
Inorder to proceed further, please provide the Norman product license and the expiry date through the email that I have sent now.

Due to a system reset I have deleted my Norman Security Suite, license left for the coming 20 months…
how do I get it back or how do I get the promised AVG swap??
