Norton stopping installing AVG Internet Security

Hi Sandra.
We're here to help. It is not recommended to install more than one antivirus software simultaneously. Download and run Norton remover tool (http://liveupdate.symantecliveupdate.com/upgrade/RnR/NRnR.exe) to remove expired Norton software and then try installing AVG Internet Security.

Hello, I've tried installing AVG Internet Security on my laptop (widows 10) but Norton keeps stopping the installation.
The Norton free trial has expired.
I was using AVG Internet Security on my laptop, but then I had the hard drive replaced - and now I cannot re-install it.
Any ideas?
