Hello AVG, I recently rated you number 10 in your survey after I had a good experience with your support. I had a subscription for AVG Internet security and AVG Tune Up, I asked for upgrade to AVG Ultimate. I got a special offer as your valued customer for 1673,- CZK per year. The new licence of AVG Ultimate is valid from 24th November and my old licence of Internet Security and Tune up is valid until 10th of December. It means I loose 16 days from the year licence where I double the licences. That I would overlook, BUT. The bigger problem I see with the offers I'm now getting. The old licence of Interner security is still valid on my computer and it keeps reminding me to extend/prolong the subscription and now it offers me AVG Ultimate for really low prices.
One year of AVG Ultimate for 1090,- CZK and 2 years for 2190,- CZK.
I would add the print screen of it, but I don't know how to put it into the chat.
I find this very bad. I acted on time to prolong my licences, you assured me I'm your valued customer and you give me a special offer. But from current perspective you shortened my licence by 16 days and I pay almost 600,- CZK more if I had waited a bit longer to keep you unsure if I prolonge it or not.
Please, could you explain me how I should understand this. I have to say I don't feel like your valued customer now.
